use of mapbox gl, mapbox and leaflet #2

mapbox gl is bleeding edge, which is not very mature at this stage esp on react-native
MapboxJS
it is an extension of leafletJS, mature enough and we can leverage some mapbox services

It is chosen over Mapbox gl for the front page visualization as the latter one can't
- render markers with dynamic image (social photo)
although it might be more consistent to unite the map used at web / client
Mapbox gl at react-native
- not available at android at all for now
