Duplicates on meeting guide

Good Morning! I am the website chair for NEPA Intergroup. First, thank you for making this program!! And I need help. I have meeting duplicates on the meeting guide! I don't have any feeds coming in, all of the meetings are managed and input by us. One of our districts decided to take down their website and meeting list, so I added them to our database in wordpress. That district states they have deleted their source file, but somewhere out there, there must be another database somehow, because there are duplicates. I'm unsure how to correct this, not knowing where the files are even coming from. Please help!

In the meeting guide app, every meeting detail page tells you the entity that supplied that info. Just scroll to the bottom of the screen:

Find whichever meeting you think is incorrect and contact that AA entity directly if you feel the listing is incorrect.

Additionally, on the 'Contact' screen on the app, if you click on 'Contact AA Near Me' you can see ALL the entities that supplied meeting information in that area.

Unfortunately, I've done all of the things that the meeting guide app suggested. It seems that there are data sources out there that district 49 is saying they do not have access to anymore. so the meetings that are duplicated are ones that are tied to that mysterious data source.
