I suggest coordination with El Paso Central Office as you'll want to ask for some changes to the spreadsheet to make this work well:

  1. Add a timezone column and specify "America/Denver" to reflect Mountain Time.
  2. Make sure all meeting id values are unique, and reflect the meeting itself. Customarily this can be a slug (see this section of the Meeting Guide spec for more details).
  3. Categories for meetings (for example, Men/Women, 12x12) should be included in the Types column separated by commas. You can use the spelled out form for these. Refer to the meeting types in the spec.

Related (but won't affect the import), one would normally expect the Paypal column to only reflect the groups' PayP…
