Alert component #58
Description
Non-urgent, but have a new alert component being worked on in Figma which has been created based on WIP design into the AuthV1 frontend repo. Once that's live and the design is considered fairly final, we should copy the component into this library instead

Potentially the existing alert component might still be handy to have for the marketing site, but the core app will use this new alert component
