[Admin FDSC / Organizații] Investigate how to import organizations in DB through Strapi #128
Description
User story
As an Admin in Strapi, I need to import a list of organizations into the database so they can easily access CrestemONG.
Context
We want admins to upload a CSV/XLS file containing organization details. After import, each organization should have user accounts created (or updated), receive a notification, and be prompted to access their account and change a temporary password. Security is paramount, and the ideal flow is not yet defined.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria for this spike)
- A recommended approach with sequence diagram and data flow.
- Field mapping finalized and a sample CSV template.
- Validation & idempotency strategy documented.
- An implementation plan with rough estimate, tasks, and risks.
- Create a follow-up implementation issue and link it here.
