[Bug]: 4058 Enoent layers/background no matter what I do cant find a solution

What happened?

I keep getting error 4058 it says its to do with background but I've spent 2days trying to figure what it is. it could be obvious and I don't realise because I'm new but I've made sure I have no special characters and made sure the config.js names match the file names.

What have you tried?

I Googled and looked through all the other solutions which didn't work for me
