Add some sort of secrets/environment configuration #7
Description
Right now, secrets and environment configuration isn't particularly elegant. It's mostly contained in files on my workstation. This needs to be put somewhere where it can be encrypted and safely stored, while also providing me with access to it in order to use it in my scripts.
