Unicode 16 (and latest) confusables.txt

Hey there,

I just found this project and it looks pretty cool, but just noticed that the readme links to the Unicode 8 confusables.txt. While simply submitting a pull request to update to latest would be useful, I just wanted to use the opportunity to let you know that there may be updates that you may want to incorporate (Unicode 16 has released since the last commit to the repository).
