Transparency Ordering

Transparency is supported although sort of broken because nothing is sorted toward the camera.

I'm leaning far more toward a OIT solution which would involve splitting rendering into two passes in order to sort transparency via shaders rather than on the CPU which is flimsy, would require large design changes and is probably slower

NVIDIA has example glsl shaders for implementing several OIT methods
