._startBrowser() not launching a browser

Hello Community,

I have wanted to restart browser for which I am user
__stopBrowser(); and _startBrowser()

But once browser stopped with '__stopBrowser()' it not launching the session with '_startBrowser()'

I am using Codecept v3.1.1.
Please help, thanks in advance
