Add automation for collaboration with Lifecycle Journal

The papers in the lifecycle journal, e.g., , should be indexed in Crossref by the time they get to us. So we can use the metadata from Crossref to populate metadata in the codecheck.yml, e.g. https://api.crossref.org/works/10.71240/lcyc.052239 or using 📦 rcrossref.
