Import CODECHECK metadata from existing codecheck.yml file from OSF

Mock Up (Repository List now with Load Metadata Buttons that would retrieve the data from the existing codecheck.yml file and load it into the metadata form:

• check if repository has correct OSF format
• find the codecheck.yml file in the repository via the OSF API
• find way to download file from OSF
• retrieve data from this file instead of the loadData() from the submission
• integrate this functionality with the Repository List from Subhan
• Now User should be able to Save this metadata manually

It now works by inputting the unique identifier for the OSF repository in the link like so:

When clicking on Load Metadata it searches for the codecheck.yml and then retrieves its contents and loads the metadata as expected:

The approach uses the suggested OSF API V2 instead of the long download link
