[Followup] Clean up non-PAT Appless API changes after phased rollout

We are implementing a phased rollout in codecov/codecov-api#1094 for non-PAT appless Terms of Service request calls as we are deprecating customerIntent and adding in name. Additionally, both name and business_email are newly required. We need to support both versions initially but once gazebo is fully switched, we can remove customer intent with this ticket. The functions have _deprecated included in their names.
