Description
Today we saw that it is really common for people to confidently submit answers based on their own personal assumptions. However these assumptions don't always line up between participants. This was especially true when working with call types that included abbreviations:
- LSA Crash
- TRO/FRO Serve
- SRO (School Resource Officer vs Senior Responsible Owner)
If we want to keep a high level of confidence, then it would be best to ask people about any assumptions they are making - regardless of their confidence level. This information should be collected asap. It wouldn't be useful until there is a review process in place, but it isn't feasible to do get that info retroactively.
