User submitted questions on the trello board need formatting

It's currently plain text, would look better with some line breaks:

The card title should also say "from Phil" rather than "by Phil".

Ideally the trello card title should have a working title for the question - perhaps this can be added by writers/editors when the card is moved into "Writing in progress".
