Given the petitioner has a count with an arrest/citation, disposition, and offense date, the app popup displays parentheses that enclose the petitioner's age in years when such dates occurred. When no petitioner date of birth supplied, these parentheses are still displayed.
Acceptance criteria:
When no petitioner date of birth is supplied, only the arrest/citation, offense, and disposition dates should be displayed
