Edit *MSGF fails

When trying to open a *MSGF we get the following error

The editor could not be opened due to an unexpected error: command 'code-for-ibmi.runQuery' not found

Unlike the *BNDDIR this one shows the correct call being used in the source.

*MSGF file support is not done yet, but it's in the backlog!

OK The support in RDi is pretty poor and we do a lot of message file editing so having to go to the 5250 screen every time is a chore. Any idea on time frame? Not pushing just asking.

Unfortunately, no actual time frame for this right now...the time frame is a bit like "when time allows" 😅
But since you are interested in it, it can be something we can work on soon (I love to work on something if I know someone actually needs it). Displaying it will be fairly easy; editing will require a bit more work.
