Debug "disappeared"

Ever since I loaded the latest Code for i update (at least I think that is when it happened) the debug option no longer shows up in the editor when RPG code is open. The debug extension still shows in the left-hand pane but does nothing. All stored breakpoints etc. have disappeared. Tried disabling and reenabling the extension - no change. Shut down VS code and restarted - no change.

Any ideas on where to look next?

I think you have to have the new PTF's for the latest Debug Service. You might have to roll back to a previous version of Code For i to use the debugger. @worksofliam probably can explain more. I just remember them talking about it for several weeks.

IBM rolled out Debug Service v3 last week and Code for i had to be updated for it. Starting with version 2.16, only debugger v3 is supported.
As for the breakpoints disappearing, that must come from the IBM i Debug Extension update (can't be sure, it's closed source).

Thanks guys - that is a royal pain but luckily I don't have to use the debugger right now. Was only looking for it to demo to someone. Will worry about the PTFs etc next week when I get back home.
