Problem Compiling

Okay, trying to Compile with BoB.

• I migrated from IBM i, so makefiles and Rules.mk files were created by the migration tool.
• i have subdirectory QSRC
• source nccc000r.pgm.sqlrpgle
• Rules.mk in root with SUBDIRS = QSRC
• Rules.mk in QSRC with the following
  NCCC000R.PGM: nccc000r.pgm.sqlrpgle QSRC/ncccrpg.rpgleinc QSRC/ncccrpggd.rpgleinc QSRC/ncccrpgfd.rpgleinc NCCC020P.FILE NCCC002P.FILE NCCC010P.FILE NCCC011P.FILE NCCC011P.FILE NCCC012P.FILE NCCC005P.FILE
• when i compile with BoB I get the error below. Thinking that this meant there were no changes to compile, I edited the source adding code. I also touched the file.

Any suggestions?
