Add CHANGELOG.md to your build

I am curious as to why you do not include a CHANGELOG.MD file in your releases.
I am having difficulty locating the new features in your builds. Are we expected to consult the source code or the issues log to identify these changes?

There was discussion years ago about generating one but we never got around to it.
