Single Signon-On/kerberos support to authenticate

It will be useful to log into the IBM i using SSO/kerberos if this is configured for the user on the IBM i.
Any plans to add this in the future?

My initial reaction is that this isn't likely. I need to look into how much OpenSSH on IBM i supports Kerberos.

If you have a system with Kerberos setup, try and ssh into it and see what the experience is like. It's not something I am very familiar with.

I have confirmed that OpenSSH on IBM i does not support Kerberos. This also means Code for IBM i will not support it.

@nick-roux Key-based access could give the user the same experience - not having to enter any password. This is a standard SSH feature and is supported by Code for IBM i.
