Name casing does not match when using copy source

I have this source code and it has hundreds of these error messages in it. The only thing I can figure out is it has an /include in it and this is causing this error hundreds of times even though the casing matches. I know I saw this issue posted here before but my search didn't find it. If I comment out the /include it seems to fix it. It kind or randomly comes and goes. Also the /include is written in FIXED format. I would convert it but it's huge and would take a lot of time to test.

Are these variables declared in the /include?
If yes, it seems the RPGLE linter is reporting the name casing in the including source doesn't match the /include's.

Actually no, these aren't in the include. I might try and come up with a small example and see if I can make it happen.
