Look around for a CfM Webmaster position?

I think we should look for a volunteer to help upkeep our website. The webmaster would take the lead in the technical aspects of making sure the website looks good, and we would be tasked with most of the high-level strategy/content/planning. Having someone volunteer for this position would help us & probably also provide useful experience for a volunteer.
