Migration scripts not working #35
Description
Migration folder includes a node library that is supposed to set up our indices and to import in user data (for login through app)... but it doesn't work. It's not even triggered through docker anymore as that looks like it was pulled out back in May when it probably first broke. Why node? I love node, it's better than python by like a mile for APIs but the rest of this app is python. Let's just write this part in python instead.
