Scraper job for updated court data

We need to figure out how often and to what extent we need to scrape the data.

The question has to do with - what happens if the court date changed?

Say if case 12345 had a court date of 0316, but the date is changed to 0317:

• how do we catch this? The only way I can think of is that - we scrape from today - on-wards, and compare the differences? and if there are changes - we notify the person ?
