suspected BC introduced in v5.3 for laravel 7.x/8.x

After upgrading from 5.2 to 5.3, a suspected BC was introduced after the addition of publishesMigrations() in LaravelSamlIdpServiceProvider:
This method does not (yet) appear to be available in laravel 8.x, while composer.json still indicates compatibility with 7.x/8.x.
(looks like it was introduced in 11.x?)

Yes, same issue with Laravel 9.x. The method was introduced in Laravel 11

@plivius The master branch now has the compatible loadMigrationsFrom method. I did not include this as a release because I don't have the time to test it. If any of you could confirm that it works, please let me know, and I will create the release.

@upwebdesign I ran into this on Laravel v10 and can confirm that the issue no longer exists on the master branch.

Do you know when a tagged release for this might be coming?

@freshleafmedia are you using the master branch when testing? I recently merged a PR and could definitely create a new tag. If you can confirm that the master branch is working for you, I will create the tag.
