Feature Request: select directory or file

Currently I have to choose between a file or directory picker. But I need to offer the user to select anything.

This is needed for a Export/import dialog where I only have a single storage picker button. The user can select a file that is going to be imported, or a directory to export a file to (the file does not exists, since it will be created).
