feat: expand journal entry and add new documentation for gitmoji
- Updated the journal entry for September 22, 2025, to include a link to the new gitmoji documentation. - Created a new page for gitmoji, providing a specification and guide for using emojis in commit messages. - Added a new page detailing the relationship between gitmoji and Conventional Commits.
