This issue is different - 6347ebc6816f0ce3a0355435, you can check in logs as well.
it says
Warning: Building for a device with codesigning disabled. You will have to manually codesign before deploying to device.

Hi, @patthipati. For debugging purposes, can you run another build > SSH into the machine as shown here?
Once the build fails, run the same build IPA command via ssh to see if the error is reproducible.
