Codemagic does not interfere with the project codebase, your codebase is part of your Git project, and you already have access to your git project.

I am working on a website where I can convert any website into a mobile app using codemagic so I just want to know when codemagic converts this link into a mobile app and codemagic builds APK, AAB and IPA for this website link does it provides source code in flutter also or not?

You can get artefacts like .apk, .aab. .ipa etc.
