Cancel scheduled build if no changes

I want to setup daily QA build at specific time. But I don't want to build if I already did it in the current commit. I found CM_PREVIOUS_COMMIT variable but it excludes the current commit. So I can't rely on this variable.

Hey @VadimZhuk0v,
you can't do it by environment variables, for now, I'll inform the dev team about this case.
Maybe you can work this around using restful API.
