Local Module Flutter app failed to install dependencies

I have a multi-app github repository which contains multiple folders, one folder is a module/library used by all other apps, located in different folders in the same gitrepo ?

packages/base
app

I get the error: Failed to install dependencies
my pubdev dependences looks:

dependencies:
build_runner: ^2.3.2
get: ^4.6.5
afoodbase:
path: '../packages/base'
...

Hi, probably working_directory is incorrect. if it is a monorepo, please check this documentation out.
