Build fail with error: Unable to decrypt environment variable

Hello team!

I attempted my first build, and received the following error:
Unable to decrypt environment variable CAPACITOR_CONFIG_TS: Invalid encryption key - encrypted variables work only with builds in the same team they were created with

I am on a free personal account, no teams were ever created.
I generated the base64 encrypted strings using this external service: Base64Encode.

My yaml file:

You will need to add the same variable again, or I would suggest adding that variable again. Please go to the Environment variables section in the UI and create a variable name and put in its value. Mark the "Secure" checkbox and create a group name and add it.

Thank you for the advise!
I replaced the vars in the environment section with the group, after defining all variables (with the base64 encryption string as their values).
This seems to be working, now stuck on another error. Will post another question.
