Build ipa for distribution exited with status code 9

Building ipa with --verbose stopped with status code 9.
Can someone point out what "code 9" means?

I believe the cd command from your last build ipa needs to be added.

cd $CM_BUILD_DIR/ios
xcode-project build-ipa \ 
      --workspace "$CM_BUILD_DIR/ios/$XCODE_WORKSPACE" \ 
      --scheme "$XCODE_SCHEME"

Can you please remove this entire command instead of commenting it and try again.

I have removed those lines, and still same error.
Does it relate with xcode 14.2 I set in environment?
