Bug in AppStore TestFlight publishing

Hello,
I think there is a bug in a behavior when publishing to AppStore connect pipeline.

I have set not to pusblishin the artefact to be testeable on TestFlight, but still being published to AppStore (this is okay) AND to TestFlight (NOT okay)

Hi @DanielJaramillo94, it's necessary to publish an iOS app to TestFlight first before submitting it to the App Store as per Apple Guidelines.
