Support for Azure CLI

Hi,

I noticed in the list of supported tools there are pre-installed tools for Google cloud and AWS but not for Azure.
Would it be an option to have the Azure CLI as a pre-installed tool ?

You can install it via homebrew
brew install azure-cli

Yes @himesh-cm i know it can be installed via homebrew but because the install time is very high see: Azure/azure-cli#13028 it would be nice to have it pre installed.

Also when doing a lot of builds it would not be that efficient to have it install it every time.
To me its strange that Azure (Microsoft) is left out from pre installed packages.
