Hi @rares-lupascu, first off please note that as your team is on a paid plan, you have access to the private chat icon in the UI. Get in touch with the support team using that icon for quicker responses please. As for the error, it might be because of incorrect icon extensions, afaik it should complain about Photoshop files. You can also try removing the AppIcon and re-add it etc. Check this thread as well. |
