Problem to install xcov on Mac_pro machine

Even though we continued in private chat, I'll share the solution here as well. The issue is related to ruby version and upgrading ruby to any version above 2.7.2 should get xcov installation issue fixed or simply switch to M1 where a higher version (3.0.4) is pre-installed.
