Cannot find "Apple Developer Portal integration"

Steps to reproduce

I'm following the following step from the docs (https://docs.codemagic.io/flutter-code-signing/ios-code-signing/#step-2-connecting-the-apple-developer-portal-integration-for-your-teamaccount)

Step 2. Connecting the Apple Developer Portal integration for your team/account
and cannot find where "The Apple Developer Portal integration can be enabled in Teams > Personal Account > Integrations for personal projects" is in appstore connect. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Expected results

finding where to do the integration!

Actual results

There is no button for "teams" anywhere on the UI
