Get Teams ID's and their names via API

Use case

After getting list of teams I can choose for which one I will add new application. 

For now I need to go check site and copy ID from there.

Idea

Add request in API for GET list of TEAMS ID's with names.

Hi, thank you for the request. We are currently working on new API and this feature will be available. It should be available in preview already this month.
