Can't change repository URL

Steps to reproduce

I would like to change my repository URL. I can't do so.

I hope this is a bug you're tracking. It happened after I deleted the previous repository

Hi @AngryVelociraptor, we make these changes from our end, you are not expected to make these changes yourself, therefore it is not a bug but an expected behaviour. Please provide the details that @kulakarla asked in the previous thread, so that we can make these changes for you.
