This sentence needs to be clarified.

1. build time is measured by the time it takes from start to finish of a particular build
2. If you are referring to free build time, then this is not affected by the ability not to start any builds.

Hi @greenuri . We have identified the affected accounts and will credit the accounts with billing enabled for any lost build minutes.

The incident was caused by a deployment failure. The service was restored at 11:14 UTC. All queued builds are expected to start soon. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you notice that your build is stuck in the queue or taking unusually long to finish, we recommend canceling the build and starting a new one manually.
