On October 2023, Google Play introduced the Photo and Video Permissions policy to enhance user privacy by limiting the number of apps with broad access to photos and videos. The deadline for submitting the required declaration was January 22, 2025.

If your app requires photo and video permissions to support core features and you haven't submitted the declaration yet, you need to do so - https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/14115180?hl=en
