Will the device I chose from Codemagic be seen on my Apple devices or did a virus get into my phone?

Codemagic can add a device on your apple

Please can you share more context on this issue? Do you mean when you add test devices to Codemagic, you get an invite on your apple devices? Please share the steps you took and what the result was on your end so I can check this out
