GitHub Status Check Not Updating for Pull Requests

Steps to reproduce

1. I have integrated Codemagic with GitHub and enabled GitHub Checks.
2. I have configured my Codemagic workflow to trigger on Pull Request creation.
3. I also enabled branch protection rules in GitHub, requiring Codemagic to pass before merging.
4. When I open a Pull Request, Codemagic correctly triggers the build.

Expected results

• Codemagic should send the build status to GitHub.
• The PR should display a check status from Codemagic (e.g., ✅ success, ❌ failure).
• If the build fails, GitHub should block the merge due to failing checks.

Actual results

• The build runs successfully on Codemagic, but no status is reported back to GitHub.
• The PR does not show any Codemagic checks under the "Checks" tab.
• In the Codemagic UI, there are no logs or steps indicating that GitHub status was sent.
• Webhooks in GitHub settings show no Codemagic-related events.

Resolved via discord. Removing and re-adding the application solved this.
