Rename locales to include rapidfire prefix

If I already have a running app and I decided to install rapidfire later on, when I generate the locales, my current locales will be overwritten.

rapidfire/config/locales/ should contains:

• rapidfire.en.yml
• rapidfire.he.yml

as opposed to:

• en.yml
• he.yml

If I already have an app, I'd be unable to copy the locales without overwriting my existing locale.
Use of prefix is advised.
