Scroll bar dragging problem

Describe the issue

When automatic line wrapping is enabled and using Chrome's scrollbar, dragging the scrollbar with the mouse moves the scrollbar much farther than the mouse movement, making it seem like the scrollbar is not responsive. How can this problem be solved?
