Samsung device doesn't seem to call `onAuthenticationError` and `onAuthenticationFailed`

Hi, 
This library works great on my Nexus 5X and works just like Android's fingerprint API says it should. 

I'm just wondering about Samsung. I'm running a Galaxy S8+ with Android 9. A registered fingerprint authenticates successfully, but if it doesn't `scanFail()` doesn't seem to trigger and the dialog doesn't dispose. 

Any ideas?
