Install and launch Puter (Note: We recommend the Local Development option)

Complete this issue by uploading a screen recording of you successfully running a functioning Puter and logging in as the admin user

Tips:

• You may need to refresh http://puter.localhost:4100/ a few times before you see the login dialog.
• If you don't see this message in the logs, you will need to restart Puter
