CodeProject.AI 2.9.5 windows fails to install, website down for zip file downloads.

Update: sorry the original was for 2.6.5.

For 2.9.5 (Installation exe: CodeProject.AI-Server_2.9.5_win_x64.exe)
Install doesn't seem to work. The service is not installed nor is the web interface up.

The setup.bat output has:
Cannot find file "C:\Program Files\CodeProject\AI\modules\AI\modulesettings.json"

For 2.8.0: it looks like that article has been removed, links do not work on https://codeproject.github.io/
